United Play

  • Education - HS Diploma or GED completion is required for participation. If either or has not been achieved we will assist you with enrollment & coursework through graduation. 
  • Post HS or GED Education Planning - Education lasts a lifetime. Education coupled with honest decision making builds generational wealth. Let us help guide you in the right direction towards accomplishing your learning goals in life.
  • Accountability - Understanding just how far you have come will help you to work towards an even brighter future. Life is about decision making & doing the right thing every time.
  • Wellness - A positive attitude & healthy diet are important aspects of life. Learn to create balance and find your inner peace. 
  • Goal Setting & Achievement - Create a plan of action to keep yourself moving forward. We will work with you to understand the power of setting goals and working towards achieving them.
  • College Pathway - Invest in yourself. We will help you enroll, answer questions about coursework & support you along your journey towards earning your degree. 
  • Trade Pathway - Learn a skill to provide for your future. We will help you find the right trade and employment in your field. 
  • Job Placement - Need income? Help finding the right job fit? We are here to assist you in your employment search. We will help you write your resume, submit applications and we will help you prepare for your interviews. 
  • Language Arts - Emphasis on how we communicate our beliefs, thoughts, needs and what we have to offer the world. 
  • Mental Health - Special focus on Anxiety & Depression. All individuals participating must attend support meetings and group discussions.
  • Art - Footwear painting + deconstruction & reconstruction. 
  • Sewing - Needle & Thread 101. Explore the endless possibilities once you first learn how to thread a machine. 
  • Computer Education - All fundamentals to attain & maintain employment utilizing a computer will be required for all participants.
  • Spoken Word & Book Education - Learning from what is spoken & produced on paper is essential to life.

Flower Garden

  • Communication - Understanding others and being understood. Learn to communicate more effectively by learning the power of language.
  • Mental Hygiene - Control your feed, scrolling, views & clicks. Like your diet, the music and visual content you consume can influence your mood, behavior, thoughts, habits & actions. Learn to think, speak & act independent of rap music, reality tv, social media, websites and streaming.   
  • Time Management - Patience is key. Learn some of the best ways to use your time. Set goals and work towards accomplishing them each and everyday. 
  • Camping - The world around you is ever changing. Let's explore and live life to the fullest.
  • Support Groups - Communication is an integral part of success. Build lasting friendships with those experiencing similar circumstances as yourself. Allow those around you to help steady your ship. 
  • Volunteer Education - The best way to make a difference and positively improve your life and mental health is helping others. Assist those around you and improve their quality of life.
  • Team Development - Pair up and complete various challenges. Learning to ask for help and helping others is what life is all about.  
  • Career Planning - Learning the difference between a job and a career is extremely important. What fields of occupation interest you? We can help guide you in the right direction. Consider a return to school to further your education and unlock additional employment opportunities. Education equals opportunity.   • Senior Project - Complete a business casual look and present yourself in the best manner possible. Each individual must sew their own Career Day outfit.
