  • Wellness - A healthy body and mind are important aspects of life. Learn to create balance in your life and find your inner peace. 
  • Goal Setting & Achievement - Create a plan of action to keep yourself moving forward. We will work with you to understand the power of setting goals and working towards achieving them.
  • College Pathway - For those interested in attending, we will help with enrollment. 
  • Trade Pathway - Learn a skill to provide for your future. We will help you find the right trade and employment in your field. 
  • Job Placement - Need income? Help finding the right job fit? We are here to assist you in your employment search.
  • Communication - Understanding others and being understood. Learn to communicate more effectively by learning the power of language. 
  • Art - Sneaker painting + Footwear deconstruction & reconstruction. 
  • Mental Health - Special focus on Anxiety & Depression. All individuals participating must attend evaluations and group discussions.
  • Sewing - Needle & Thread 101
  • Team Development - Pair up and complete various challenges. Learning to speak to strangers is a necessary skill in life.
  • Language Arts - Emphasis on how we communicate our beliefs, thoughts, needs and what we have to offer the world. Extend a helping hand by learning an additional language while also increasing employment opportunities. 
  • Sport - Physical activity and teamwork are the fundamentals of CAE. Staying fit will help you in all aspects of life. From the court to the pitch, let the games begin. Vamos
  • Computer Education - All fundamentals to attain & maintain employment utilizing a computer will be required for all participants. 
  • Volunteer Education - One of the best ways to positively improve your Mental Health is helping others. Learn how you can assist those around you & improve their quality of life.
  • eSports - Prepare for tournament play; compete individually and as a team. 
  • Book & Film Social Education - Read a book and watch films for group discussions. Learning from what has been produced on paper and on the screen is essential to life.
  • Peer Support Groups - Communication is an integral part of success. Learn to understand and rely on your fellow peers. Build lasting friendships with those experiencing similar circumstances as yourself. 
  • Career Planning -  Learning the difference between a job and a career is extremely important. We will help guide you into the career you want. Stability. What fields of occupation interest you?
